Healing Journey Part 3 : Back to Baking! Halloween Party Style!

After craving cake like mad I started to bake again. I made a variety of pastries throughout October, and when the neighborhood Halloween Party came around, I decided to make some delicious Gluten-free Dairy-free Banana Almond Muffins


  • 1 cup flax seed flour
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 Bananas
  • 10-15 dates
  • 1/4 cup of coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • (optional) 1 egg, if you want this vegan, then don’t add the egg

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 min

The Halloween event was fun and ALL of these delicious muffins were eaten up!

Disclaimer that barfing pumpkin is something I did Not bring to the party, another neighbor brought it, and I thought that it was so creative and cute that I just Had to take a photo.
