My monthly batch of organic vegetables from Farm Fresh to You arrived this morning :D And since it included sweet potatoes and carrots, I decided to stir fry these with red potatoes i had in the fridge from the last box of vegetables to make a nourishing and grounding breakfast.
These vegetables are so Beautiful!
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 6 small red potatoes
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Stir fried all together and eaten with a sunny side egg on top ♥ Sweet & savory with just a hint of turmeric spice!
