I will highlight this DELICIOUS avocado seed smoothie
- 1 banana
- 2 handfuls of spinach (around 3 cups loose)
- 2 small sweet apples Or 1 large one (i used fuji)
- 1 pear
- 1 avocado seed
- optional 1/4 cup pineapple juice (any other juice)
- optional 2 tbs chia seeds
- optional 1 tbs Food Grade diatomecus earth (yes i eat this lol)
- 1 tbs hemp seeds
- 1 tsp pollen
- 1/4 cup of mixed grain breakfast cereal
It was not bitter at all!!!
Here is a photo of the earlier smoothie i made that Also wasn’t bitter, it consisted of 2 bananas with the avocado seed and a bunch of grains (1/4 cup mixed grain and 1/4 cup oatmeal) … i forgot most of what else i put in here :/ I like the spinach one a lot more, it tasted like fruity spinach
BREAD PRODUCTS!!!! i BAKED for once! and i made a Delicious moist and crunchy banana bread :3 i used a really old recipe from 10 years ago when Ariel’s Baking and Books was still around … i don’t know what her new site is now -_- So i made mines a little different and replaced 1/2 cup of flour with 1 cup of multi-grain hot cereal (the one that’s like oatmeal except multi-grain) and it made the crust CRUNCHY!! i LIKE Crunchy Crust!! I kept this at room temperature and after 1 week out, it grew strings of … some kind of microbe LOL. SO i think you should eat this within 5 days if you keep it at room temperature.
I also have a photo of fish head stew in this photo. I made the banana bread the same day i made fish head stew :) because i’m not a complete vegetarian, i do eat meat once in a while.

PANCAKES!!! i love pancakes and don’t make them often, but when i do, they are GOOD! Here are some that i topped with banana sliced and candied pecans that i made by broiling pecans with brown sugar and spices.
