Last month my parents on extended vacation so i borrowed their unused Vitamix blender and they haven’t bothered asking for it back lol. They actually gave me the instructions manuals and recipe book that came with it and told me to enjoy :D

So here is a compilation of all the random smoothies and healthy meals that i’v been eating with them. These smoothies were i made prior to looking at the recipe book.

breakfast smoothie

  • drinkable yogurt
  • frozen mixed berries
  • steel cut oats
  • chia seeds
  • food grade diatomaceous

  • one grapefruit + some drinkable yogurt


  • 1 sunny side up egg
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1/4 large onion
  • enough apple cider vinegar to kill the bad side of the onion flavor

i ate this because i had too finish my avocados before they went bad lol

the morning i did Not want a sweet smoothie

had some of my blackberry scone cake with almond butter on top with the non-sweet smoothie:

  • drinkable yogurt (unflavored)
  • 1/4 c. steel cut oats
  • 1 tbs flax seeds
  • 1 tbs chia seeds

Tonight i made this crazy fruit smoothie to eat up the rest of my oranges

  • 4 oranges
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
